"Developing Skills for Life"Lil' Dragons (4, 5, and 6 year olds)
Studies show that the martial arts instill a strong sense of self-control in children. Our martial arts program is carefully designed to strengthen not only your child's physical abilities, but also their ability to listen and learn. We teach Life Skills in a progressive way so your child learns at an age-appropriate pace, laying the foundation for a lifetime of success. The ages of a child between 4-6 are very important years for a child's development. Our Lil' Dragon Program provides your child with life skills in a fun and exciting way. Our instructors focus on listening skills, coordination, discipline, respect, concentration, focus, and courtesy. Many parents in our program have found that in as little as a year, their children who were involved in martial arts had noticeably gained positive traits such as increased self-esteem, respect and overall physical fitness. We provide them with the tools that will lead them out into society with confidence and the self-esteem they need to succeed. We would like to invite you to try our program with absolutely NO-RISK or Commitment through our special Introductory Classes!Call Today! 419 385-KICK (5425) and take advantage of our Introductory Special! What Parents are SayingI wanted to compliment the entire staff of the American Martial Arts
and more specifically Sensei Halsey. My son has been in her class
since mid-August and has recently received his first belt promotion.
The improvement in his behavior, his focus and his responsibility has
been dramatic. He is 6 years old and was a very active, boisterous
young man. He has made a dramatic turn around. Some, I’m sure is
maturity, but I give a lot of credit to AMA and their philosophy. They
carry their program into the classroom and the home and expect
success in those venues as well as their own. Each child is rewarded
for doing their best in school, at home and with growth and consistency
in martial arts. My son is much more focused, respectful and self-controlled.
I have been told often from church to cross country, that others have
noticed the change for the better. I am very proud of my son, his hard
work and success at American Martial Arts. Thank you!
-Sincerely, Kim Hood
I wanted to write a quick note to let you know how much your martial arts school has
made a positive impression on me. You portray yourselves with such a positive and
friendly atmosphere, to both parents and students. I am very glad I found you, and
am also excited we are now part of your family. Thank you for making us feel so
comfortable and welcome!
-Sincerely, Nancy, Emilie, and Anna Fisher
